
My name is Sam Keane and I am a performance nutritionist.
Welcome to the Sam Keane Method blog. On this site you will learn how to fuel your body for health and performance. This may be performance in the gym, in a particular sport or at work and in everyday life. You will find delicious recipes and insightful articles giving you all the tools you require to relieve fatigue, aid cognitive function, recover, fuel and perform at the highest level. What I do
As a performance nutritionist I have worked with numerous English football league clubs, Super League Rugby clubs, UK ice hockey teams and plenty of individual athletes applying physiology and nutrition research into practice to optimise health and performance.
My roles have involved ISAK Level body composition analysis, guest seminars and nutrition workshops and 1-2-1 performance coaching. My recipes have been collated over experiences of providing athletes with different recipe cards for differing activity levels and my blogs provide practical nutrition recommendations to incorporate into your training and work regimes.
