High Protein Pancakes!

Its Pancake Day! The best day of the year.


Today you will see hundreds of 'protein' pancake recipes from supplement companies trying to sell their whey powders.


I'm going to show you 5 ingredient recipe for natural high protein pancakes!


Ingredients

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 120g oats

  • cup of blueberries

  • splash of milk


Method

  1. Blend your oats, eggs, bananas and milk to desired consistency.

  2. Add cup of blueberries to mix

  3. Pour mix onto a hot pan in four equal quantities and flip when browned.

  4. Stack pancakes high onto a plate and add toppings of choice!


This mix yields around 4-6 pancakes each containing 7g of protein for around 190 calories without a supplement in sight!
