A refreshing moderate intensity training day breakfast.


Berry Overnight Oats

370 kcals, 54g carbs, 22g protein, 7g fat.

Ingredients

  • 40g oats

  • 200g of Greek yoghurt

  • 30g granola

  • 30g of frozen summer berries

Directions

  1. Add oats to jar or container

  2. Layer Greek yoghurt on top of the oats and mix well

  3. Top with granola and berries

  4. Leave in the fridge to set overnight

  5. Enjoy in the morning
